A Mosque at Ground Zero

Common Sense should tell you this is a bad idea...

I actually agree with you that there should not be a mosque should be built near Ground Zero at all. This is not "Muslim bashing," and I do consider myself a semi radical leftist that was critical of everything that comprised of the Bush Doctrine. At best, it is in bad taste. And at worst, it was meant to incite people. The only thing I would add to this is that it is not against the law for a mosque to be built. But I would love it to be stopped by technical legal measures.

It's not at Ground Zero, it's near it. Should there be no mosques at all in NY? Besides, Muslims were also killed in the attacks, along with jews, christians and atheists.

Depends how close, but honestly, it was not Islam that attacked the WTC, it was radical zealots who sorely misinterpreted the Torah.
